How to backup a disk in Windows connected via SFTP?

Connected my VPS to Windows via sftp
Used
WinFsp
https://github.com/billziss-gh/winfsp/releases

SSHFS-Win
https://github.com/billziss-gh/sshfs-win/releases
SSHFS-Win Manager
And GUI to connect
https://github.com/evsar3/sshfs-win-manager

I wonder how to backup data from such a disk?
