How to organize server backup on Win 2012?

Good afternoon!
A new small enterprise, a server on Win 2012 was installed in the DC to work with 1C (25 users).
2 SSD drives in the mirror (raid 1), Win is without virtualization.
The question immediately arose - how to properly organize data backup and the safety of the system as a whole, so that even the worst (a fire in a DC) does not cause data loss and a long downtime of the company?
1. Create a replica of the current server in another DC with data synchronization? But here you have to pay for 2 servers (both hardware and renting a place in a DC), for duplicate licenses, and so on.
+ if malware gets on the main server, it will also get on the replica.
2. Do we make the daily system image the same Acronis True Image? And in which case - we quickly deploy this image in another place while solving the problem with the main server?
Then the question arises - where to get this other place? Again, you can deploy the system in the office on a powerful PC with a dedicated IP and work on it while problems are being solved on the main server.
(for this, we keep 2 backup SSD disks on this PC so that we can turn around on them)
3. I found a product from Acronis: Acronis Backup 12.5 , but did not understand how it works and what are its special advantages over True Image? That there is more convenient and wider management and choice of options for storing copies?
For Server Licensingstandart will cost 16,000 rubles per year, and advanced is already 25,300 per year.
But here again - do we need a machine where we will deploy the image?
4. I think in the wrong direction and there are more rational methods)
I would be grateful for advice and help in resolving the issue.

What's wrong with the built-in archiving service? Make daily copies and upload them outside the DC. From them, you can restore both individual files and the entire system.

How to organize server backup on Win 2012?
Backup of the system image and valuable files by standard means of archiving to a network drive.
If the software has crashed, the system - boot from the installation flash drive and restore the system from the image.
If the hardware has flown, change the hardware, boot from the installation flash drive and restore the system from the image.
In order to avoid overwriting the backup, it is better to duplicate it in one more place that is inaccessible from the server.
You need to make a backup from a special user, except for him, no one should have write permissions to this network folder, even the administrator.

Start with a recovery script.
You need to restore:
1. Win+ runtime environment 1C shell - something that rarely changes.
2. data in 1C - changes often (constantly).
Make an image of the first one and describe to yourself how and on what kind of hardware you are restoring it (here you quickly understand the pleasure of virtualization, since the VM image is not tied to hardware.)
Merge 1C data as often as required. Describe and verify the procedure for adding data to an image. Don't Forget the 3-2-1

Veeam Agent for Windows. Free edition is enough for the eyes.

All these solutions involve local storage and recovery from backups, which is why you need to have another piece of hardware.
If you want to avoid the need to have another server or PC, you should look towards restoring a server from a backup to the cloud, for example: Veeam . Perhaps Acronis also has such a solution.

I used to use Acronis for these purposes - but now it has swelled up and looked like a Nissan Qashqai. But unlike him, Veeam - from the very beginning, a freak that is hard to look at sober - terrible as my whole life.
So I tried it on one two years ago, and then moved all my servers to Macrium Reflect. Take a look and you might like it. Great alternative to those monsters from hell. Everything is clear and in its place and works like clockwork.
