Get data from edb database, maybe?

Previously, there was windows live mail, as you know, since 2017 it ceased to exist, a person used this mail for quite a long time, the HDD flew away, only the database configuration files with *.edb contacts and the actual messages themselves remained. The second day I suffer, I either need to find windows live mail, install it, substitute the database and transfer contacts to CSV or get data from the database by some third-party program, which I can’t figure out at all. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for answers. According to the article https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/fo... Windows live mail stores contacts in the directory C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\Contacts\Default \15.5\DBStore
There is a contacts.edb file at this address, when you open it, it shows the following table
