Backup software with the ability to exclude folders from backup by mask?

I am looking for a program to create backups under Windows for such a situation.
There is a folder with projects .

Projects/
    project-name1/
          node_modules/
          <some-files>
    project-name2/
          node_modules/
          <some-files>
    ...

You need to backup projects without node_modules folders.
Such functionality is available for rsync in *nix, but in this case you need a program with a GUI and, again, under Windows.
