How to store information in the cloud so that there is encryption and a virtual file system on the desktop?

Good afternoon,
Colleagues, tell me how you can solve the following problem:
There is a NAS with a family photo archive on it. The task was to store this archive in parallel in the cloud, but there are several nuances:
1) In the cloud, it should be stored in encrypted form
2) Physically, only the structure of folders and files should be stored on the computer (that is, some virtual file system)
3) Considering point 2, it should be possible for specific files or folders to specify that they should also be available offline.
That is, in the end it looks like this - I have a certain disk mounted in the system, with a virtual file system. Opening such a disk, I see the entire structure of folders and files in them. When I try to open a file, it is first downloaded from the Internet and then launched. By default, files should be stored for some time, then deleted (in other words, cached, while the cache may not necessarily be in terms of storage time, but, for example, in terms of total volume), unless a property for a file or folder is specified that access should be always.
It seems to me that I either read about something like this here, or on Habré with gyktimes. I would be glad if you tell me which way to look further.

I use CryptSync, all files are packed with a password. The whole point: there are 2 folders, one is encrypted (it is uploaded to the cloud), the second is not (you can do anything in it and not even decrypt files). The advantage of the method is that you can download the packaged 7z from the cloud and use our password to open it on any PC, no third-party software is needed. And the downside is the presence of 2 essentially identical folders that take up 2 times more space than usual.
You can, of course, combine, upload files to the cloud and store only there, and store some files on a PC, now almost all clients have the function of choosing which folders not to download, etc.

Try pCloud. In my opinion, everything you need is there, however, personally, I was very disappointed with the speed to them or their channels.
