Free time tracker for Jira?

Hello, we decided with the guys to try to develop a project.
Tell me if there is any free time tracker with a minimum set of functions (track time and synchronize with their Jira tasks)
The main requirement for the tracker is that it be free, because the entire budget is a box of beer on Saturday, when we discussed what we would do.
