Which project management system should a non-professional choose?

Hello!
I am a complete newbie in project management, but the rapid development of our company over the past 3 months makes us look for solutions. Below I have tried to formulate our requirements for the system in order to perform the tasks at hand. I must say right away that I am rather poorly familiar with this topic, so some of my requests may not be feasible in principle ...
Please tell me which project management system has the following functionality?
- Flexible configuration of projects and tasks: highlighting with colors, tags, the ability to assign additional comments to tasks, flexible filters
- Multiuser
- Cloud version with synchronization via the Internet: employees can be in different cities and from different devices (Windows, Mac, iPad)
- Binding to e-mail: the ability to set up alerts by e-mail addresses responsible for different types of events
- The ability to take into account the complexity of work and the ability to automatically "separate" tasks for the project, taking into account the duration of the working day.
- Integration with Google calendar to estimate free time taking into account n4
- The ability to create project templates
- Well, completely from the realm of fantasy: it would be cool to have such an opportunity - we make changes to the template and the system asks for which projects (created based on this template) you need automatically take into account and reflect these changes
- Ability to see the movement of ALL projects "one sheet"
- The ability to see the workload of an employee employed simultaneously in different projects and all his tasks "in one sheet"
- The ability to see the total volume (in hours) of individual standard procedures that are duplicated in different projects. To assess the total labor costs in the company within the framework of individual
PS standard procedures, we we use Evernote as a repository of information for our projects, if the project management system has some kind of integration with Evernote, then it would be great.

JIRA Software?
Evernote is great, but Atlassian has Confluence. And this is a great wiki.
In terms of integration with GCalendar, Atlassian has a Team Calendar plugin that can be integrated with Google's.
There is more than enough functionality for customizing processes, tasks, cards on the board.
As a bonus with Jira, you can purchase bitbucket for code storage and bamboo for CI environment.
They also have a good messenger hipchat.
Well, you can turn on the service desk for support, and for long-term planning - portfolio
Key advantages of jira for us:
1. Provided by subscription
2. All company products are closely integrated with each other
3. The most powerful community - for any answer, Google gives a dozen articles
4. Many plug-ins from third-party companies that can be quickly connected
Here you can read about the complex solution that they offer:
