Find a job as a web programmer in America/Miami/NY?

Good afternoon, I recently thought about moving - and like any person in whose head such soaps fly, I am afraid of the unknown and a step into the dark. I would like to ask experienced guys about the following.
Now I work as a web developer at a fairly large enterprise, my work includes coding, layout (Knowledge of top CMS and experience in writing modules for them), development in java / php, integration with 1C and CRM systems, as well as SEO optimization, search engine promotion , contextual advertising and everything else related to Internet marketing. For my young age (22 years old), I managed to earn some track record, experience in a startup implemented from scratch, I have a patent for biometric access control systems, I graduated from a good institute at the Department of Information Systems Security. According to the general work experience in my field 4 years, the last year I have been working at the above enterprise. Technical English, I understand what they say / write about - I can hear and translate songs, but in order to express my thoughts correctly, I can’t always find words.
Recently, I began to think about a better life, but I'm afraid to lose what I already have. Therefore, I try to prepare information to the maximum.
1) Is there a kind of Russian web diaspora in Miami, NY and is it possible to get a permanent job with them? Or are there so many people who want that even if there is, everything is already taken?
2) Now for me, American employers seem like some kind of crocodiles who are ready to eat anyone. However, in my city, I feel that I can easily take on the overwhelming number of vacancies. Is it really so? I’m winding up MB for myself, and in fact, it’s quite easy to get a job on a small May salary? The only scary thing is what to do before the first profit, or try to start promoting right now.
3) Is the next move realistic? Make your business by optimizing and promoting the store / any other resource to the top? I believe that the search niche for Russian-language queries in the US is quite friendly and not overcrowded like in Russia.
4) Now small entrepreneurs often offer part-time jobs, etc. Are there similar customers in the US among Russians?
5) Does the above summary matter to the employer? Or for him, a Russian university, etc. does not matter - have to start from scratch?
6) Is it realistic and promising to triple in Google / Microsoft? After all, these giants have a huge Russian-speaking community of customers. However, as Durov wrote, working in giants like Yandex sucks you out and destroys the creative tenant, and then from the side of serious / start-up projects they look at you through their fingers.
I apologize for not following the technical etiquette of correspondence, but in this matter I have absolutely no time for it. There is too much at stake and I would like to get just human advice.

Ask Peter - they recently had a column on the CPU , where everything was explained quite well. Try sending your resume there.
You can also get a job in some outsourcing international company, such as EPAM, Luxoft, Naumen, Accenture or some other with offices abroad. They often offer relocation for valuable employees.
I have a couple of acquaintances who left the university in the early 2000s under the "work-and-travel" program and did not return - they remained illegal immigrants there for some time, legalized through marriages.
There is another option to try to leave through studies at the Portnov School . He has a lot of videos on his YouTube channel on this topic.

Why do you need the USA?
There are many Russian cities where you can realize yourself at 110%.

First, keep in mind that you can only officially work in the US with a work permit. That is, just take it and leave - it is to settle down as a result, as they wrote above with "guts from the lower bgaiton" and be powerless in the wings. You can legally leave for the states along 4 paths (without an invitation from there, for example, from an American wife), - for political reasons, a refugee, for harassment for sex inclinations, for a certain (one) religion, to create a business for several dozen jobs there. In other cases - 6 months and agu. If caught, they will be deported without the right to enter. So don't think there.

Give in to youthful maximalism, and commit. Later, you will be proud of yourself by making it a habit as well.
If money is not in last place for you, then consider working in investment and not only banks in New York (from $ 120 tons per year). Having mastered Java or C#. If you "WANT", then you can achieve this in a relatively short time (2-3 years), without noticing all the "terrible" obstacles on the way to the goal))
