Do I need to tell about the lack of an office?

How to tell an unprepared potential employee and client that the organization works without an office so that it does not scare him away?

Speak the language of benefits. For the employee they are one, for the client they are different.
An employee can work in comfortable conditions that he creates for himself, does not waste time and money on work, etc.
For the client, you can indicate as a plus that you do not have office costs and therefore your prices are not as high as those of competitors.

Tell me that your office is far away - in the Maldives under palm trees :)
And I don’t understand at all why hide it? The "truth" will come out anyway.
Hire employees who are ready to work remotely.
For clients, hire a meeting room with a girl.
If clients are only online, then your office has not surrendered to them at all.

Will ask - speak. The main thing - do not be embarrassed by this.
This is now a normal practice - work from the office. The main thing is confidence in the voice.

Say that the office is being renovated and in connection with this, employees are working remotely.

If customers ask, tell the truth. An employee must know for sure that not all people can and want to work from home.

To a potential employee, write in a response to a resume or in the text of a vacancy immediately, but without poking at it with special attention.
Do not hide or postpone "for later"
