How to give permanent access to your computer to track "if I'm doing garbage"?

There was an idea to increase productivity to give access to your friend to the screen of a working computer over the network. The idea is simple: if he notices that I’m not doing work (I’m on social networks, news, etc.), then I will be obliged to fulfill some kind of predetermined fine (a kind of boss for a freelancer who beats hands in case of something).
I do not want to discuss all the stupidity of the idea now, I'm interested in the technical implementation. The idea is spinning in my head to use a stiming service with closed access by invitation. But I don’t have knowledge in this, and it will take a lot of time to test all the resources, and it’s not a fact that I will find the best one.
Here are the conditions that must be met:

  • streaming should be private (I don't want to show my work to the whole internet)
  • the possibility of long streaming for 8-12 hours
  • low cost or even free (not sure if the idea will take root)
  • automatic recording of the broadcast by sessions is desirable for a friend to track any piece of working time at a convenient time for him

What do you think is the best service for my needs?

teamviewer? A friend will be able not only to control, but also disable the keyboard and mouse when he sees that you are doing nonsense =)

Have a friend with a stick behind you.
Easier and more efficient than other solutions.

Put a sniffer to dump accesses to top resources. If the dump file is empty, then you haven't climbed anywhere

I use tahometer.com. It is buggy, the authors scored on it, but it works.
Screenshots every 10 minutes randomly, the percentage of activity, and it will be clear what you are doing.

Make hourly orders on Odessa with a tracker. When 10 minutes of time burns out a couple of times due to the VC that got into the frame, the desire to go there will somehow disappear)

Skype call and share the screen.
But I hear you're doing bullshit.
The simplest motivator - are you doing shit - is a list of tasks and their methodical closing with parallel writing of new tasks.
Yes, to myself.

For Alexey, perhaps the task is no longer relevant, but if someone needs it, then here is the solution:
https://www.kickidler.com/en/online-monitoring.html
Works under Win and Linux
System requirements: https://www .kickidler.com/ru/for-it/docs/system-re...
Can be used for free, but only for online monitoring.
If you need to store a recording from the monitor screen so that a friend can look at a convenient time, you will have to buy (300 rubles / month or 2200 rubles / year).
The storage time and frame rate can be adjusted, recording for a working day at 1 frame / sec will take 1.5-2 GB.
The only thing to work through the global network, you will need an external IP and port forwarding on the network equipment, if any.
