Does the vk.com/vkontakte.ru server ping from hetzner's servers?

Actually, the question is in the title. Stopped pinging and everything. Just in case, the server rebooted, wrote to technical support. Silence, zero reaction.

Can you check who has the opportunity?

says that there are no A records at all, but it answers quickly. those. not timeout and not fail, hetzner's other dns similarly
$ dig vk.com @8.8.8.8.8
works fine, gives correct addresses.

ping doesn't work. Oauth vk does not work on websites either. Vk through Vpn does not open. Well, really bad.

traceroute on the 3rd hop shuts up
