What to do if hetzner writes "This amount is not yet paid"?

We have been hosting a service from hetzner for over a year.
At the end of October the credit card was changed.
It’s already the 4th, and on the robot support site in the Invoices section they write “This amount is not yet paid”.
Now, until the 6th, the bank does not work and there is no way to find out if there was an attempt to withdraw money,
and if so, what is the reason that the money was not withdrawn.
Google told us that we should write with a request to provide information on the payment
on the robot site in the Requests section, indicating the Request type with the Accountancy value
- we did it.
We ask for your advice, what else to do to avoid account blocking?

In general, we are satisfied with the hosting, they gave us fresh EQ4 hardware (we looked at the lifetime of the screw).
Works stably.
A month ago there were already problems with a credit card - they politely wrote to us
that the Expires of the card had expired.
We wrote a response, asking not to block the account, that we are solving this problem.
We quickly created a virtual credit card in Alfa Bank on a euro account, the
payment went well. And again received from hetzner support already with the information that the payment was successful.
It's a pity alpha allows you to open a virtual machine only for a month, takes a small commission in terms of rubles, about 50 rubles.
And so we connected a new card, we are waiting ...

Hetzner has a billing with some kind of not only human, but downright superhuman face. Before shutting down for non-payment, they will definitely ask, so there is no need to be especially nervous. Moreover, no matter how crazy it sounds, sometimes they don’t bill for 3 months in a row, i.e. They obviously don't care about money.
Their billing works strictly during working days and hours, so disturb them on Monday morning with questions by phone or wait for an answer during the day from the support.
