Hetzner and dns - how to make a dns server on one eq4 hetzner?

Good afternoon!
I know that this issue has already been discussed, but I did not have enough information in those articles.
I have a server on hetzner, eq4 which. I want to set up a full-fledged dns-server on it. But, as you know, dns servers must be located on different subnets and there must be two of them (this is what the main domain registrars require when you specify your ns servers).
There was a problem - how to make a dns-server on one hetzner server?
Thank you!

now almost no one requires 2 different dns for a domain, incl. you can get by with one address, but if you need 2, then the robot has a line “Ordering of additional IP, failover IP or subnet”, you can order 1 or more types there

Here is a list of some free Slave DNS www.frankb.us/dns/
You set up a master for yourself, make a free server a slave for your zone - you have a DNS server for it.

Bind being configured by default responds to all addresses. It is possible, for example.
But to get an IP from the second subnet, you need to buy a separate subnet (from 21 euros per month).
So they tell you correctly - the way is for you in pdd.yandex.ru or in any other dns hosting with API.

Hetzner has a 'Name server Robot'. It is free for those who have already rented a dedicated server.
For 0.50 euros you get annual maintenance of your domain zone on three dns servers. The management style is very convenient - you get text access to your zone's configuration file. Inside, this is most likely far from being the case, but for us users, this is just a huge text field. I use, I'm happy.
And if you need it with maximum reliability, then Amazon AWS Route 53 is $0.50 per month + modest fees for requests to your zone.
