TP checked something in response three times, asked for Russian IPs, then as a result moved off the topic:

The routing is depending on the uplink of your ISP.

We route the traffic directly over a direct private interconnect which is the best way for us. The IP *** and *** are from different ISPs. The IP *** is only available over FFM in Germany.

Where is the truth?

For now, it’s better to take it in Falkenstein, because in Finland there are still few connections to Russia and most of the traffic goes through Germany, so choose Falkenstein (Germany)

From Moscow it is better to Finland. All our traffic goes through Moscow.

Do not take Finland if you care about ping and bandwidth and there are constantly overloaded channels
