Do I need to notify Google of the content being removed in response to their complaint?

For a long time in the panel for webmasters there are reports of copyright infringement on music content + links to the content are indicated in each claim. For all the claims that were sent to me, I deleted the content on the site, but is it necessary to somehow notify Google that the content was deleted for such and such a claim, or is it not necessary to do this, just delete it and that's it?
