There is a dell 2850 server with a standard raid controller and windows 2008 installed. Everything works fine in scsi mode, and sees only 2 disks, and sees the rest as "offline". After I decided to set up a raid, but when creating, 2 disks are erased well , and the remaining 4 per second, and all the time the inscription redy.
All disks are taken from the raid array, can this somehow affect? ​​I have not encountered this before. I looked at the video on YouTube, but nothing happened. Maybe someone will advise something.

I correctly understood that 4 disks were already in the raid before installation in your server? If yes, then try to remove 4 wilds from the raid and forat them on a separate PC, and then return them back to the raid.
