Where to apply power on the HA13627 chip?

There is a HA13627 chip soldered from the HDD control board, the goal is to turn the engine from the HDD with it, the engine is connected to pins 1,2,4,6 on the chip, counting from the right-bottom (I don’t know the pin numbers) if you look at its front side, I can’t find a datasheet, help me understand where to connect the power (where +, where -) and what voltage?
