Buying a "refurbished" device from Apple's official website?

Information flashed in the news feeds that Apple began selling "refurbished" MacBook Pro 2019 on its website. There is no information about this in the Russian-language part of the site, but in English there is a whole section-catalog of such ("restored") devices, at very attractive prices. I have never bought Apple technology on their website, so the question is: does anyone have experience buying such technology from the "English" part of the Apple online store and how are things going with payment from Russia and, mainly , delivery to Russia ?

They will not deliver to Russia.
You need to use intermediaries (for example, the Parcel service, but they have a good commission for this service) or acquaintances in the USA who will accept the goods at their address and then send them to Russia. Also there will be a duty of 15% over 500 euros.
I also advise you to look at options at B&H, Ebay and other US electronics stores. It will most likely be even cheaper.
You can also take it from sellers of gray equipment, who also buy over the hill, bring it to us and give their extra charge. This is how I took the American MBR 2018, because I did not want to wait for delivery from the USA. It also turns out much cheaper than the PCT option.
