I can’t answer with apple wfch 3 to a message with whatsapp, the send function has disappeared. I’ve already read everything, I didn’t find anything. There is dictation, but there is no SEND button at the bottom. It's gone, I can't figure out why. Attaching photo

There is a button on the top right.

when you click this "send" button, everything is wrapped up and the message is not sent. On the phone hangs as unread.
