Please tell me why AirPods fall off during a call?

Connect the headphones, everything is paired and the sound is transmitted normally.
I start a call and it takes from 15-60 seconds and the headphones fall off, if I reconnect to the headphones they make noise noises and once for a while the right earphone stopped working.

I connect to the computer Xiaomi notebook 13.3
Windows 10
