Apple ecosystem and Headphones (Airpods), how does it work?

A question about wireless headphones and how they work within the same ecosystem.
I've never experienced this before, hence the question.
I have a Macbook, Ipad, iPhone and I want to connect it all with one wireless ear so that it works seamlessly, without bluetooth on / off, connections / pairings and other things ...
I read in the specification that AirPods Pro can do this, from the requirements only certain versions of MacOs , iOS on iPad and iPhone.
Can AirPods 1 and AirPods 2 do the same?
Are there any other ears that can do this?

I did not quite understand the essence of the question.
Here I have an iPhone and a MacBook next to me, I insert AirPods into my ears and I can listen to music either from the MacBook or from the iPhone, depending on where I chose "Connect AirPods". Also, the ears remember where they were plugged in the last time and you don’t need to press anything anywhere, just put it in your ears and go ahead. The only movement is to connect the headphones on an alternative device when switching from a MacBook to an iPhone or vice versa, but there it is literally one tap (in iTunes, for example, just click the "Broadcast" button and select AirPods).
I hope I have answered your question.

From personal experience, AirPods 2.
- do not support MUTIPOINT, respectively, are connected to one device at one time, but this is not a problem

they easily reconnect between apple devices, you don’t need to press anything on the ears themselves, it’s enough to select AirPods on the device in the bluetooth section
. When you want to cross with Android, the rake will begin.
