Bios is loaded immediately, I can not exit to windows. How to fix?

Hello everyone, the story is this:
I experimented with virtual machines, installed a virtual box and tried to install Windows with iso through it. I dug around (I didn’t go into the BIOS, I didn’t seem to make any serious changes), nothing happened and I left this case, deleted everything and rebooted windows.
Now I can not enter windows, bios is loaded immediately.
I set everything to default - nothing.
Changed boot priority - nothing.
My knowledge in this matter is over :)
I met similar problems on the Internet, but either there is not enough knowledge, or they are not so similar. And surfing without a computer is difficult.
asus zenbook. win7. Bios 2.15.1226.
Something went wrong? Tell me please. 
I would like to solve the problem without reinstalling the OS, because there is no flash drive or drive with the OS.

Except how to reset the BIOS to default (Restore Default) last screen, and if it doesn’t help, restore the laptop to the factory state from the recovery area (HZ how) - there is nothing to advise.
