Are stockpiles legal?

Are pooling for various training sessions and courses legal?
If so, can the author of the course demand that his course be banned from being distributed on the site?

If those who distribute the training course are not idiots, then it is clearly stated in the license or terms of use that when you pay for the course, you personally get the right to use it, and not a group of people does. Moreover, you do not get the right to distribute it further at your own discretion. It is not a physical item that you own when you purchase it.

You acquire a simple non-exclusive right to use educational programs.
The contract must indicate to whom this right is alienated, to one person or a group.
There is no need to go far, this is the same illegal distribution as, for example, e-books, films, music.
