Will I get a permanent ban for copyright infringement?
I am creating an android game, where the main feature is the soundtrack. The game is somewhat similar to Geometry dash. For the soundtrack, I want to use copyrighted music (from "MonsterCat" for example). My questions are as follows:
1) Can I get a lifetime account ban (for copyright infringement) at the stage of checking the application, when publishing to Google Play?
2) Can my game be checked in Google Play and after that, in a few days, get a ban from the same Google moderators?
3) How can blocking be avoided? (To whom and how to bear the money for the compositions used?)
4) How much can one track cost?
5) Is it possible to avoid the wrath of Google play moderators by making the application free, without purchases and ads, and indicating that it is completely non-commercial?

It is best to write to the authors of the music and get their approval, if Google wants to ban you for copyright, you will have a chance to win back your creation with papers that the music was approved for you! Many authors of music go to a meeting if their name is indicated at the time of playing music.
