Are there any restrictions on using paid assets from the Unity3D Asset Store?

I'm making a Unity remake of a game whose original is licensed as Copyleft. The project is open source.
I want to use a paid asset purchased earlier (Text Mesh Pro) in the project, but here's the problem: then the asset will either get into open access (to me in a public repository), or the repository will not be fully open.
Do I have the full right to use a paid asset in an open project?
If not, what are the alternatives?

@NicoBurno

You open the project code, and make the paid asset library itself a link to the market and ask to pre-purchase it for compilation.
Also, talk about it in advance in the description in the "Requirements" section (in the assembly requirements).
