AMD or Intel for heavy computing?

I develop for Android, I use the studio.
Thinking about buying a laptop.
The dilemma between the choice of processor.
Either Core i7 7x or AMD.
Interested in which one copes better with the load and the launch of 1+ heavy programs.
I am considering the following models (but if there is something more suitable, I will be glad to read it):
1) Core i7 7700 (I came across a maximum of HQ, which is understandable).
2) AMD Ryzen 1700.
3) AMD Ryzen 1800.

( Comrade! Do not believe the capitalists, Ryzen for laptops has not yet been released, and will be no earlier than in six months )
If you can somehow live on a desktop with Ryzen, then this is terrible masochism on a laptop. I would advise you to choose the same HQ series from Intel.
When choosing, you can focus on data from Notebookcheck to compare processors. Also, if you want to know about the possibility of an upgrade, use the service from Crucial , where you can find out about the possibility of upgrading a laptop.

You take your program and some project ready for compilation and go to visit a friend/acquaintance or to a store with laptops, launch it, noting the time.
Choose the one on which the compilation will be faster.
Considering that the processor frequencies, memory frequencies, and HDD / SSD can be different
