Which laptop from the presented to choose?

Good afternoon.
Went to get a laptop. Will be used for Photoshop, CorelDRAW, movies and web. The price of the issue is up to 30,000 (+/-).
I don't know much about hardware myself.
So far I have looked after two:

And I can’t decide, because one has a more powerful processor, but the screen is worse, and the second has a newer video card, but again, the processor is i3.
Which of these two should you choose?

On i5 take kanesh, what are we talking about. The gain will cover the shortcomings of the video card.
