Are there modern non-widescreen laptops?

with matte screen, resolution 1024x768, 1280x1024, etc…
with 12-13 inch screen size, normal battery life.
I realized that I grew out of the netbook format while traveling - I'm looking for a replacement.

etc - these are 1400x1050 and 1600x1200 - but I did not see such options at all in laptops. Beyond this, you are limited to these two permissions only.
But now all production lines have already been transferred to large-format screen models, so if someone still has the old production, the price will not please you at all.
Alas, but you have to choose from widescreen. And “square” ones appear only in rare models of desktop monitors and very small diagonals.

On tablets longer - that's right. You turned it, it became "higher". Although, if you take, say, the iPad, it is almost square.
