What processes are eating the entire system?

In general, I play WarFace on an
MSI GE70 2pe
Core I7
NVidia GTX860M laptop.
In general, before I enter the game, I go to the task manager, close some dumb processes, remove 100% disk load and go, for example, play pvp, and it starts to scare how everything is stupid in slow motion, as if after a few minutes the laptop lets go and then it just flies in the game, everything is smooth and clear. Conclusion: the laptop pulls this game and should, as it were, pull, but why does this not always happen? How to make it always like this?

Because it's time to switch from HDD to SSD. In budget laptops, often, there are hard drives with a rotation speed of 5400 rpm, which in tasks with random reloading of data from the hard drive results in such 100% disk loading and lags.

Remove all unnecessary from startup.
Disable the fucking Windows Update
Superfletch
Windows Search
This is disabled in Services.
As an option, disable the antivirus if it is worth
Run the disk for errors
