How to migrate Win10 from SSD to NVME?

Good day!
There is a bootable SSD (125Gb) from Intel with Win10 x64, there is a Samsung nvme with games / music / photos (1Tb). It is planned to install a Samsung 970 EVO (nvme) 250gb disk into the mother (Z390 Taichi Ultimate) with a further transfer of the system from ssd to it (ssd will be removed and disposed of after all operations).
Question: how can (and is it possible at all) to transfer the OS with all files and data, software, etc. from SSD to NVME (250Gb)?
The firmware will be the latest on all disks, like the BIOS itself; win10 license.

CloneZilla, Acronis, dd. Any of. Acronis has a beautiful interface, Clonzilla is more reliable, dd is more elementary.
