Adaptec 6805e, hybrid raid 10 (2HDD + 2SSD). Need a piece of advice?

Hello!
There are plugs in the performance of the disk subsystem at the server (MS SQL).
To improve it, I look at the hybrid raid technology from Adaptec.
I plan to build Hybrid RAID10 2xSSD + 2xHDD.
Knowledgeable comrades, please unsubscribe about the experience of using this (similar) solution (s).
ps
In the open spaces of the network, I met this post - forum.crucial.com/t5/Crucial-SSDs/Hybrid-RAID-SSD-... Probably an older model, with a larger cache, will decide, but I still want to know about the experience of such installations before final choice of equipment
In the thread, someone Paul_Turner talks about the extremely low performance of Hybrid RAID1 with random writes (about 1.29 MB / s ). I doubt that this figure in Hybrid RAID10 will be very different.

Throw adapter into the furnace, or at best, do not create an array using it.
Next, what problem are we solving? What will be on this array? Suddenly you will just read it.

In terms of recording speed, I will not win, but it turns out that there is little sense in such a decision.
Should I try RAID10 4xSSD? (I read about a strong performance degradation when one SSD crashes)

Eugene, have you tried Hybrid raid on adaptec 6805e? Have you tested performance? What are the numbers for random_read/database. Is it possible to put ESXi on it and create a VM on it with a database server. Here www.thg.ru/storage/obzor_i_test_4_kontrollerov_sas... we tested hybrid raid 1. And although it is much slower than one ssd, it is still attractive in my opinion, since reliability is added and at the same time much faster than 8 SAS disks. There they get something like 5.5MB / s for random reading, if I count correctly, assuming that the block size in the tests was 4KiB.
