Changing permissions in Windows 10?

Good afternoon my friends!
Help me solve one problem, the essence is this: it means that I bought a home SSD drive in my laptop, put 2 hard drives instead of a CD, bought one necessary thing, installed Windows 10, and after installation I can’t get into the folder with pictures, or rather I can if like a fool I will change the Security settings, photos for 60 GB, is there a way to mass change the rights of some kind of software?

Go to the properties of the disk or a separate folder and configure access there. It's better to make yourself the owner in general (including the owner of the subcontainers).

In order not to change like a fool, change like a smart one. And there will be no problems.

Certainly. RMB - properties - security - advanced - owner - change. Don't forget about inheritance.
