There is no access to a network resource through a domain account. How to be?

Hello guys. The point is the following. There is an AD network. There are a lot of created accounts in AD. All PCs are connected to one of the accounts, except for the Administrator, fully configured and tied to the domain, roughly speaking qwerty.local. DNS, IP address, everything is set on the PC. They can access the network share by being \\1.1.1.1. What is the problem in general. We bought a new laptop, connected a domain, set up a DNS server, an IP address, and so on and so forth, I'm trying to log in FROM an Active Directory account to a network resource, \\1.1.1.1. but windows 7 tells me: "Cannot access \\1.1.1.1. You may not have permission to use this network share. Contact the administrator of this server to obtain the appropriate access rights. There are no servers that could process the login request in network.". The most interesting, this is that even through the Administrator account with super rights, he also does not let. Although through a local account, he gives the go-ahead. How to be?

Well, for starters, according to the classics - to climb into the logs. For certain or the domain is crookedly connected, or there is no access to a grid.
By the way, check what type of network (home public, etc.)
