How to check if gpo works without errors on all machines?

Colleagues, kick me in the right direction...
I want to check... via GPO it is configured that users' working folders Desktop, My Documents, are redirected to the server.
But I accidentally saw that one person had them stored in a car. So there was a need to check for whom the GPO does not work correctly. there are a lot of cars, walking around all anrial. I understand that if the GPO does not work at all, then even the vbs script that runs at system startup will not help.
But there is logon.vbs which is connected to the user profile. he seems to work for everyone (there are balls and all that nonsense).
so at least check if the GPO is working and write it to the log file on the server or display a window for the user so that he calls the IT department.
but ideally I want to tie it all to the zabbix server for online monitoring,
so I'm thinking how to do it?

Well, as a "collective farm": in a guaranteed working script, we write a computer / user / date-time, in the gpo - similarly,
the differences between the first and second - those for whom the gpo did not work

RSOP and gpresult.
Microsoft native tools.
I'm afraid there are no more reliable tools.
