A simple and convenient graphics editor for MAC OS?

I often have to edit different pictures - for inserting into a blog, presentation, etc. On a working PC, Microsoft Office Picture Manager, together with Paint and Word drawer, does an excellent job with these functions. But sometimes I feel like working from home, where I have Mac OS Snow Leopard, and this creates obvious inconveniences.
Actually, you need quite a bit - cropping the image, resizing, working with the clipboard, choosing the file format at the output of the basic formats, the ability to erase some detail and overlay text. The main thing is that all this can be done by pressing a couple of buttons. In all tested editors, these functions are implemented very inconveniently.

Seashore is a GIMP-based graphics editor with a Cocoa interface. Quite functional, especially if you don't need much

Try the simplest Paintbrush . The listed possibilities seem to overlap and add nothing more.

Slightly off topic, but still... Try something completely different - picnik.com
This will give you the opportunity to work on both PC and Mac with the same program.

For such everyday purposes there is a good Paintr editor from the Mac App Store , but I think you can get it outside of it .
