After replacing the processor on the ASUS P8B75-M LE motherboard with a Xeon E3 1220 v2, bios starts up with the message - MemOK! succeeds in system booting! Enter BIOS setup menu and save the memory settings, or visit ASUS website (// www.asus.com ) for latest BIOS version. Press F1 to Resume. Bios on the motherboard is the latest (1402).
Windows does not start, a system restore request pops up.
1) What is the problem?
2) How to run Windows on this bunch of motherboard + processor?
3) Will this combination of motherboard + processor work on Ubuntu?

Problem solved! System restore helped, the first entry through safe mode, step 2 - system restore.

Win10 does a pretty good job of restoring the system. Does she not finish it or does it not help?
