How to install Windows 8.1 on Asus X200MA?

I updated Bios to 506 (latest version), there is no boot priority updates option in the Boot tab .... I don’t know how to make it see a flash drive with Windows ... it seems that the distribution kit downloaded a normal one on a flash drive .... error code 0x0000185 .... HELP URGENTLY!!!!)))))))))))) HOW TO UNLOCK THE BIOS CAR PEOPLE???)
