Why is the fan speed not showing up in the BIOS?

Hello.
The speed of the connected cooling fans is not displayed. A dropsy is installed on the CPU, and a couple of fans on the case. Motherboard MAXIMUS VIII HERO.
The CPU FAN speed is not adjustable. Constantly at ~ 90% works.
What could be the problem?
