The sound is wheezing on the Asus N56VJ, what is the reason?

Good day, there is a problem with sound playback (in browsers, in different players, etc.). The essence of the problem is this: music plays without wheezing, and as soon as you start doing something, for example, open new tabs in the browser or surf, or start the program, the music wheezes. At idle, the sound is normal. With small loads - wheezing.
I experimented with drivers, paging file, defragmentation. Temporary positive effect was only after defragmentation.
If I understand correctly, the problem is with the hard drive. Is there a solution other than change?

@AVatamanyuk

Uploaded a short video with this unpleasant trouble: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLrnAZoXlDs.
With the help of LatencyMon, I found out that the problem was in Avast'a crooked firewall.

Why do you think that the problem is in the HDD? I have a similar problem on my smartphone - "gurgling" of music - and this happened after updating the codecs.
Try to use vlc for music - maybe it will help.
PS: The disk status is easy to check with a utility. And yes, where is the music stored: in C or D?
