How to properly use Lucid virtu MVP technology?

I came across such a utility (Lucid virtu MVP), which, as I understand it, allows you to combine the memory of an integrated video card with a discrete card.
Motherboard ASUS P8H77-M LE, processor Core-i5-3470 @ 3.20 GHz, discrete GTX 650 Ti (ZOTAC) is it worth the candle and are there any tangible advantages in this technology?

I have no idea what this utility is, but I rarely (but quite regularly) get W7 blue screen on its driver, VirtuWDDM.sys ; Demolished ... Now I'm racking my brains, but where did this utility come from? Did you go with the drivers from the motherboard?
