Replacing Nvidia 710m with 740m?

There is a Packard Bell TE11HC laptop, dug deeper and found out that the mat. the board is the same as that of the Acer ASPIRE V3-571G on it 640m, I looked at the Nvidia website for 710m and 740m, I noticed that the bga balls are identical in location. The question is, is it possible to replace?
