Is your laptop video card dead?

Notebook MSI GE600. Video ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730. Tried both from the MSI site and from AMD. Uselessly. Before that, they stood, but then when loading the image disappeared and appeared only in safe mode. Is the video dead? ((How to check?

1. This is the wrong monitor refresh rate. In Save Mode, set the minimum resolution and screen refresh rate. Restart your laptop in normal mode.
2. The laptop switches to an external monitor when it boots up. Boot up, press the key combination Win + P (or Fn2 + F2), if nothing happens, then a few more times.
2.1. You have Fn + F5 the power saving function, including switching / turning off the discrete video card.
