Broke BIOS after installing Linux and reinstalling Windows?

Hello everyone, I immediately ask you not to throw a cameo) I don’t understand much
Laptop MSI Ge 70 2pe
The essence of the problem;
Once I decided to install Linux for myself, but after several days of use, I realized that it was still too early
to install Windows back. It didn’t work out on his own, he turned to a friend for help, he messed around for several days and somehow installed Windows, but after a while she began to lag wildly, and in general, all the processes in the laptop began to become very stupid. Attempts to install Windows were unsuccessful. it is reinstalled but crooked and nothing changes
They said that you need through the bios. demolish everything and fill in a new Windows. But after all the manipulations with the computer, the BIOS no longer worked. The buttons that need to be pressed do not work, the keyboard is in order. when you press a button to call the bios, the screen turns black and, like a dash on the command line, nothing else happens. how to be? remove the hard drive and install Windows on another computer? and what could it possibly be? if the bios is broken, the computer would not work at all, but it works, which means it is not broken ....) help me figure it out)

@BRIKS

You need to reinstall the bios. Or buy a new one from the store

Your BIOS is apparently loaded into Ueffi mode Roll back
to normal. In theory, the BIOS entry buttons should always work. Perhaps they work in combination with the fn key

There is no way to tell exactly what happened. With a desktop computer - I would advise completely unplugging, removing the battery and putting it back together after a couple of minutes. And check the swelling of the capacitors.
Laptops are generally a thing in itself. Many are made clumsily - so that NVRAM can be damaged there.
Esteem docks on notbuk - what keys in general it is possible to press in a similar situation.
Try F1..F12, Del, Escape. Try holding Shift, Alt, Ctrl.
