There is a trigger in zabbix, when it fires, messages are sent, the mode is also configured that the problem is solved, tell me how to set up sending notifications in this way - the trigger fires and after 3 minutes it works that the problem is solved, I need to configure that if the problem is not solved after 5 minutes the messages were sent again...

Such functionality is available out of the box, just add a new step with an additional condition in Actions - Operations .
