When playing a video or rendering graphics, an artifact appears, who faced it?

When drawing nrafiki, the image begins to be distorted, waves appear. The same goes for video playback.

Maybe someone knows how to treat it, tried to reinstall the drivers, but it did not help.
Video card nvidia gtx 850m.

Can be of course the monitor, but vryat.
