How to restore BIOS of MSI G41M-P20 motherboard?

Good day! I’ll get straight to the point, there is an MSI G41M-P20 motherboard, at startup it prompts for a BIOS recovery, so the files were transferred to a USB drive, but it doesn’t read them, only after I converted USB to FAT16, she started to see it, but that’s all files are not read. I saw somewhere that you need to install Windows 95 and create a recovery flash drive from under it, can someone describe the process in more detail or some other advice? Thank you in advance)
