Is there any significant difference between these motherboards?

Good afternoon. The computer will be assembled. Is there a big difference between MSI H270M Bazooka and B250M Bazooka motherboards? The second one is 30% cheaper. The difference that I found on the websites of the catalogs and the manufacturer is the presence of a raid in the first one, but I use a Linux software raid. Is it worth taking a second one or can there be pitfalls?

There is a difference in the H270 and B250 chipsets.
Most likely there will be a difference in overclocking support and the quality of the processor power lines.
And possibly in the number of PCIe and SATA
