(MSI x399sli plus) Resistor under the capacitor, innovations from MSI or marriage?
Good day. The other day I ordered a motherboard, and after a week of waiting I received it and when I examined it, I noticed such an embarrassment (a resistor under the capacitor contact) (pictured). It is not clear what this innovation is, and what to do. In theory, this will not affect the work, but I would like to know if anyone has experienced this. Maybe there are owners of this board here who could look at the presence of the same garbage.

Yes, the capacitor was clearly glued with the fifth point.
I would try to return it to the store, because who knows if it is soldered there at all or not, and I would be afraid to check it with tweezers.
If you have a soldering iron and straight arms, drop some solder, otherwise, if there is no soldering, there may be problems.
