When overclocking, after a reboot, there is no stability. although the first launch after a complete reset of the PC works stably. Why and how to fix?

I overclock on the msi a320 and b450 board - after resetting via cmos and setting the settings, the first start goes without problems and the PC works stably until it is rebooted. After turning on, memory errors and blue screens immediately appear. I have to reset the bios settings every time before turning it on - which requires removing the video card, since the cmos pins are under the pci connector. I’m already thinking of connecting a button to the contacts so that I don’t disassemble it every time. But this is a collective farm, and obviously it shouldn't be so. And overclocking is clearly correct once the first run is absolutely stable. How to treat it? - I couldn't find any information.

The stability of the system needs to be checked. And the first run will show nothing. Lower your memory/cpu frequencies and run tests.
PS. Overclocking advice. First you drive the processor, and then, after the tests, you drive the memory.
