How to set voltage graph (undervolting GPU) 1660ti?

I have lenovo Legion y540 with i5 9300hf + 1660ti. I decided to undervolt 1660ti via MSI Afterburner. I unlocked the core voltage and pressed ctrl + f to call the graph. But the curves themselves are simply not on the graph. Should be like this

and I have a 1660ti.
There should be a curve, but it is not. (reinstallation does not help) Only the intersection of frequencies and voltage appears, which cannot be edited. How can I unlock this curve? Another interesting feature is that when I'm in the game MSI Afterburner shows normal frequencies (~ 1800 mhz), as soon as I turn off, it instantly drops to 300 mhz
